Propylene Glycol (PG/PGI)
Propylene Glycol is a clear, colorless, almost odorless and highly hygroscopic liquid. It is one of the polyvalent alkanols and is chiral at C2. Propylene glycol is miscible with water and polar organic solvents. At high temperatures above 150 ° C it is sensitive to oxidation.
