Calcium Tungstate

Calcium tungstate is an optical material which can be used for a variety of electronic applications and is mainly used to produce tungsten products such as tungsten trioxide, iron tungsten, alloy steel, cemented carbide, tungsten material, tungsten wire, and tungsten alloy.   It has a scheelite structure with luminescence, and thermo-luminescence properties.  It can also be used as a catalyst for the oxidation of organic substrates with hydrogen peroxide.
